CAIRO, Dec 24 (Aswat Masriya) Egypt’s prosecutor-general Hisham Barakat has ordered that a technical team be formed to investigate a bomb that exploded in Mansoura early on Tuesday killing at least 12.

The twelve killed in the attack on the security compound in Egypt's Nile Delta city of Mansoura in Dakahlyia included nine security personnel while 134 were injured, the interior ministry said.

The prosecutor also appointed three teams from the criminal department to inspect the building, perform autopsies and document testimonies.
