Clashes between Brotherhood supporters, police in several cities

CAIRO, Jan 17 (Aswat Masriya) - Supporters of the Muslim Brotherhood clashed with police forces on Friday in several Egyptian cities.
One person was killed in Fayoum when a group of Muslim Brotherhood supporters clashed with the police, medical sources said.
The National Coalition for Supporting Legitimacy, which backs deposed President Mohamed Mursi, has urged its supporters to rally on Friday in preparation for week-long demonstrations to commemorate the January Revolution's third anniversary.
In Cairo, clashes broke out between groups of Brotherhood supporters and the police in Gesr al-Suez. Several people were injured with shotgun pellets.
In Mohandessin and Haram, supporters of the Brotherhood torched car tires and hurled stones at the police.
Police forces dispersed several Brotherhood marches in Alexandria, Minya, Aswan, Damietta and Sharqiya.
