A State Council administrative court upheld an Interior Minister's decision to refer 11 police officers to a disciplinary committee for growing their beards.
The court said it did not have the jurisdiction to rule on suspending them from work.
Eleven police officers had filed a lawsuit to demand annulling a decision referring them to a disciplinary committee and returning them to their posts.
The State Commissioners has recommended that the court rules to return the suspended officers to work.
