A Cairo court on Monday accepted the general-prosecutor's appeal challenging the release order of ousted President Hosni Mubarak over graft charges.
A court on Saturday acquitted the ousted president of graft charges, ordering his release, but the prosecution requested that he remains in custody pending other investigations.
