CAIRO, May 16 (Aswat Masriya) - Supporters of the Muslim Brotherhood in Alexandria torched a central security forces vehicle in Alexandria on Friday afternoon, an Aswat Masriya witness said.

The protesters torched the vehicle after police forces dispersed them using teargas earlier today in Abu Seliman area, the witness reported.

Major General Nasser al-Abd, head of police criminal investigations, accused Brotherhood elements of hurling molotov cocktails at the vehicle and burning it to the ground.

No policemen were hurt in the incident, Abd stated.

Security forces also arrested 10 Brotherhood elements.
