CAIRO, May 2 (Aswat Masriya) - One person was killed and three others were injured when Muslim Brotherhood supporters clashed with residents of Alexandria's Agami area on Friday.

Gomaa Abdallah, 18, was shot dead during clashes in Agami, said Major General Nasser al-Abd, head of Alexandria's investigation unit.

The police arrested 20 pro-Brotherhood protesters during the clashes, Abd added.

Clashes broke out earlier on Friday between residents of Abu Seliman and Dekheila areas on one hand and Brotherhood supporters on the other, prompting security forces to disperse the clashing parties.

The National Coalition for Supporting Legitimacy, which backs ousted President Mohamed Mursi, has called for staging demonstrations on Friday.

The coalition has been urging its supporters to demonstrate every Friday since the former president's removal from power.
