CAIRO, May 20 (Aswat Masriya) One student was killed and another was injured during clashes with the security forces inside Cairo University on Tuesday, reported the state news agency MENA.
Islam Mohamed, engineering student, died after being shot with rubber bullets in his chest and stomach, according to MENA.
Clashes erupted when students who "support the Muslim Brotherhood" lit fireworks and threw them at the security forces.
The state news agency said that students torched the administrative security room at the university’s main gate.
