CAIRO, Feb 15 (Aswat Masriya) Egyptian authorities in the Sinai Peninsula arrested a suspect late on Friday accused of complicity in the assassination of a traffic policeman in Port Said.
A security operation targeted the suspect’s residence in Arish on Friday and accused him of forming a terrorist network with the purpose of killing policemen in Port Said and Ismailia, a security source told Aswat Masriya.
The source added that investigations have revealed that the suspect is behind the assassination of seven policemen.
