Egypt president returns anti-terrorism law to cabinet for public debate

CAIRO, April 14 (Aswat Masriya) Egypt's President Adli Mansour ordered on Monday the return of two draft laws to the cabinet in order to put them up for public debate, Presidential Spokesman Ihab Badawi said.

The returned documents include amendments to the Penal Code and the provisions of anti-terrorism law.

The Justice Ministry is expected to put up the two laws for public debate and receive suggestions and comments before approving them.
