CAIRO, Dec 24 (Aswat Masriya) The elections committee overseeing an upcoming referendum on Egypt’s new constitution has decided that Egyptians abroad can cast their votes between 8 to 12 January.

Voting will begin at 8 a.m. and continue until 8 p.m. according to each country’s local time, reported the state news agency.

A 50-member assembly has finished amending a constitution written by an Islamist-assembly last year and presented it to interim President Adli Mansour who has called for a referendum next month.
