CAIRO, Aug 16 (Aswat Masriya) - Egypt will hold an economic conference next month with investors flying in from almost all parts of the world, Finance Minister Hani Dimian said on Saturday.

The conference will operate under the title "Egypt's economic summit."

"The Egyptian market is attractive to investors and guarantees profits to all parties," Dimian told state-run MENA agency, adding that this is the message to be conveyed through the summit.

The minister also emphasised that Egypt's economy "will not be run on aid or loans", referring to the "generous grants" Egypt has recently received from Gulf states.

Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Kuwait promised Egypt more than 12 billion dollars in loans and donations following President Mohamed Mursi's ouster last July.

Earlier in June, the Saudi King has initiated the call for a donor conference to "provide necessary support to Egypt in the coming period."
