CAIRO, July 27 (Aswat Masriya) Egypt's Foreign Affairs Ministry has condemned the killing of Egyptians in Libya's Tripoli on Saturday and demanded that the Libyan government takes responsibility for the incident which it described as "horrible", the state-owned news agency said. 

The Egyptian government also asked Libya to start a quick investigation in the matter.

Twenty three Egyptian workers were killed on Saturday night when a rocket fell on their home in Libya's capital where there is conflict between militants.

Foreign Affairs condemns the killing? Egyptians in the Libyan capital are advised to go to the border with Tunisia 

The foreign ministry asked Egyptians to move to safer areas or the Libyan borders with Tunis, where there is an Egyptian consulate that can facilitate their return to Egypt.
Egypt warned its citizens for the second time against traveling to Libya.
