Foreign minister freezes membership in Dostour Party

Egypt's Minister of Foreign Affairs Nabil Fahmi froze his membership in the Dostour Party after he was appointed minister, the Middle East News Agency reported.
Fahmi said that although there is no legal obstacle preventing him from being a minister and keeping his membership in the party, he believes that freezing his membership is the best option due to the sensitive nature of his position.
