Around 50 protesters were injured with rubber bullets on Sunday while passing in front of the Muslim Brotherhood's Freedom and Justice Party headquarters in Beheira, security sources said.

Rubber bullets were shot at the protesters as they passed outside the headquarters of the Islamist group's political arm.

Housh Issa Hospital has received 50 injured people, medical sources said without stating the severity of the injuries.

Meanwhile, the Freedom and Justice Party issued a statement saying that thugs have tried to storm their headquarters and that they captured a number of them, adding that they will hand them over to the police.
