CAIRO, June 14 (Aswat Masriya) Intisar al-Sisi, the wife of Egypt's new president, has visited a woman who was sexually assaulted last Sunday during celebrations following the former army chief's inauguration. 

The visit, which took place on Friday morning, is the first appearance of Egypt's new first lady. 

President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi also visited the victim on Wednesday, apologizing to all Egyptian women and vowing to punish all those responsible for the incident.

Egypt had asked YouTube to delete the footage of the sexual assault.
