South Cairo’s Court of Damages will look into a lawsuit, filed by the families of January 25's martyrs and injured, against Mubarak and his Interior Minister Habib Al-Adli, on July 7, to claim damages.

The plaintiffs demanded a compensation of 50 million Egyptian pounds.

Lawyer Samir Sabri represents around 50 families of the revolution’s martyrs and injured.

The youths had took to the streets to protest peacefully, only to be met with snipers shooting at their eyes, heads, chests and bodies which caused many of them to lose one or both eyes while many others were killed, the lawsuit stated.
