Court rejects Mubarak's appeal for release

A Cairo court rejected on Sunday an appeal by ousted President Hosni Mubarak for release from detention over graft charges.
The Illicit Gains Authority ordered on Wednesday that Mubarak be detained for 15 more days pending further investigations.
Mubarak's lawyer had challenged the verdict.
The toppled president remains in custody pending other investigations.
