CAIRO, Nov 20 (Reuters) - Egypt's state grain buyer, the General Authority for Supply Commodities (GASC), said on Thursday it had bought 60,000 tonnes of wheat from France for shipment on Dec. 21-31.
Egypt, one of the world's top state importers of wheat, bought from Soufflet at a price of $259.87 a tonne on a cost and freight basis, Mamdouh Abdel Fattah, vice chairman of the state grain buyer said, following a tender. (Reporting by Lin Noueihed; editing by Jane Baird)
