Egypt police disperses Brotherhood demonstration

CAIRO, Jan 18 (Aswat Masriya) Security forces used teargas to disperse a march of tens of Muslim Brotherhood supporters at Zaqazeeq University on Saturday.

The president of the university said that all the exams took place peacefully on their scheduled times amid heavy security.

A student was killed at Cairo University on Thursday in violent clashes between Brotherhood supporters and security forces.  

Egypt’s interior ministry denied that its forces killed the student, saying that he died before the police arrived to campus.

Four people were killed on Friday in clashes between Brotherhood supporters and security forces.
