Nobel Laureate and opposition leader, Mohamed ElBaradei, said in an Arabic post on Twitter on Monday that Egypt’s government has failed to manage the country or provide security.

“Executive failing on all fronts, legislature considering despotic laws (regarding) civil society, judiciary split (and) confused. Status quo unsustainable,” the founder of the liberal Dostour Party said in another post in English later on the day.
