CAIRO, March 19 (Aswat Masriya) Two people were killed and 30 were wounded in clashes between pro-Muslim Brotherhood supporters and security forces across Egypt on Wednesday, the health ministry said. 

The protesters had gathered on Wednesday to mark the March 19 referendum which was held in 2011 following the ouster of Hosni Mubarak. 

One person was killed in Cairo while seven sustained injuries in Cairo and Giza, the health minister said, adding that one person was killed in Beni Suef, three were wounded and 10 were injured in Alexandria. 

An eyewitness told Aswat Masriya that a 16-year-old also received a shot in Minya in another demonstration.
