Four people were killed in clashes that broke out at the Republican Guard Club in Cairo between pro-Mursi supporters and security forces on Friday.

A medical source said earlier today that at least three were shot dead on their way to the Republican Guards headquarters on Salah Salem Street where former president Mohamed Mursi is believed to be staying.

Prosecutor Ibrahim Saleh ordered dissecting the bodied of the deceased four before burying them.

Mursi supporters set up a number of tents on Salah Salem Street and declared a sit-in.
