Egypt annual consumer inflation slows to 8.2 pct in May

CAIRO, June 10 (Reuters) - Egypt's annual urban consumer inflation rate slowed to 8.2 percent in May from 8.9 percent in April, official statistics agency CAPMAS said on Tuesday.

Annual inflation reached its highest rate in nearly four years in November but has been falling back since then. (Reporting by Asma Alsharif; Editing by Miral Fahmy)
