CAIRO, March 17 (Aswat Masriya) Field Marshal Abdel Fattah al-Sisi appointed Mohamed al-Shahat as chief of Egypt's second field army on Monday to replace Ahmed Wasfy, an army source said. 

The source added that Sisi also appointed Wasfy as head of the training institute of the armed forces to replace Ibrahim Nosohy.
