Cairo, Nov 29 (Aswat Masriya) - Army forces sealed off entrances to Cairo's Tahrir Square on Friday and intensified security measures before the start of planned protests which the Muslim Brotherhood called for.

The army closed the square with barbed wire and metal barriers, the Egyptian Radio and Television Union's Akhbar Masr website reported.

Army vehicles were deployed along the entrances of streets leading to Tahrir.

Security forces also intensified their presence at all streets leading to the Ministry of Interior headquarters.

The National Coalition for Supporting Legitimacy had called for a million-man demonstration entitled "Justice is coming" on Friday to mark 100 days on the Abu Zaabal Prison incident in which 37 pro-Brotherhood prisoners were killed.

The coalition backs the Muslim Brotherhood and former President Mohamed Mursi.
