ALEXANDRIA, May 19 (Aswat Masriya) An Egyptian court sentenced one man to death and 63 others to one year in prison with labor on Monday for violence that erupted on July 5 that included the throwing of boys off a building in Alexandria's Sedi Gaber.

Footage of Mahmoud Hussein Ramadan throwing a boy off a building while carrying a jihadist flag created an uproar last year following the overthrow of President Mohamed Mursi of the Muslim Brotherhood.

Eighteen people were sentenced to life, eight to 15 years and 35 to ten years in this case.

Defendants are accused of murder, incitement among other crimes.
