CAIRO, Jan 3 (Aswat Masriya) - One person was shot dead in the head on Friday during clashes between pro-Muslim Brotherhood protesters and police forces in Masalla area in Fayoum, said Medhat Shoukri, undersecretary of the Health Ministry in Fayoum.

The man has not been identified yet, Shoukri added.

Hundreds of Brotherhood supporters took part in three marches as part of demonstrations which the National Coalition for Supporting Legitimacy has called for.
