Health ministry: 33 injured in Damietta, Monofeya clashes

The clashes that broke out on Wednesday between residents of Damietta and Monofeya governorates and supporters of former president Mohamed Mursi left 33 injured, a health ministry official said.
There were 23 injured in Damietta and 10 in Monofeya, said Khaled al-Khatib, head of the ministry's central administration for emergencies.
All of the injured were taken to the hospital for treatment, he said.
