The Muslim Brotherhood's Freedom and Justice Party (FJP) will host former Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad next Saturday in Cairo, the party has said.
In a statement, the FJP said that Mohamad will arrive in Cairo on Saturday to take part in a workshop revolving around the Brotherhood's renaissance project.
The workshop will be held under the title "Renaissance experiences in the World: Malaysia as a model".
Many Egyptians look up to the former Malaysian prime minister as a role model for Muslim leaders who created an impact and achieved progress in their countries.
