CAIRO, July 9 (Aswat Masriya) - An Assiut criminal court has sentenced six Muslim Brotherhood supporters to three years in jail on several charges including rioting.
Five of the convicted were sentenced to three years for rioting, instigating the public opinion, disrupting work and possessing leaflets that promote violence.
The sixth was sentenced to three years as well on charges of sabotage, rioting, and promoting for the Brotherhood's crimes.
The prosecution had charged all six with joining an illegally-founded group that aims to hinder law enforcement.
