An Administrative Court in Alexandria passed a ruling yesterday to compel the High Juridical Elections Commission (HIEC) to refer candidates who breached the rules of electoral silence, and the regulations of electoral campaign to  the Supreme Administrative Court to be struck off from the election.

The Court of Administrative Justice of Qaliubiya allowed all prisoners in remand for non-dishonorable crimes to vote in the third phase of elections.

Judge Mohamed Hassan, Head of Technical Bureau of the Administrative Court told "Aswat Masriya" that three prisoners in remand filed a lawsuit demanding the right to vote in the third phase of elections like Alaa Abdel Fattah and the Court responded and passed the former ruling.
