CAIRO, May 29 (Aswat Masriya) The voter turnout in Egypt's presidential elections exceeded 48 percent, an official at the Presidential Elections Commission (PEC) told Aswat Masriya on Thursday.
The official results will be announced on June 3 or 4 at most, according to Tarek Shebl.
PEC will receive challenges from either presidential candidate on May 30 and 31, and look into them on June 1.
