U.S. senators urge release of Egypt political prisoners

Two U.S. senators currently visiting Cairo called for the release of political prisoners and called for national dialogue that includes the Muslim Brotherhood in a press conference broadcast on Tuesday.
Senator John McCain urged the Brotherhood to avoid violence and the security forces to allow peaceful protesting.
He added, "It would be the wrong time to cut off military aid to Egypt as it would send the wrong signal."
