CAIRO, June 8 (Aswat Masriya) A minute by minute update of the inauguration ceremony of Egypt's elect-President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi.

02:17 p.m. : Sisi and Mansour sign contract of handing over power.

02:12 p.m. : Sisi thanks Saudi Arabia's King Abdullah for announcing plans to host a donor conference in support of Egypt.

02:08 p.m. : Sisi addresses nation in his first speech as president, says it is an honour to be responbile for a country as great as Egypt.

02:03 p.m. : Former interim President Adly Mansour gives his final speech at the inaguration ceremony of Sisi and thanks supportive Arab states.

01:23 p.m. : Sisi arrives at the presidential palace as military march music is being played in a ceremony attended by foreign delegations.

11:17 a.m. : Sisi takes constitutional oath into office as Egypt's president.

11:00 a.m. : Maher Sami, deputy head of the constitutional court, gives an improvised speech before Sisi's inauguration on what he described as a "historic day" for the Constitutional Court, adding that Sisi is the people's choice.

10:53 a.m. : Former army chief Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, accompanied by interim President Adli Mansour, arrives at the Supreme Constitutional Court to take oath into office

10:48 a.m. : The arrival of all members of the General Assembly of the Supreme Constitutional Court to attend the inauguration ceremony.
