Mohamed ElBaradei, head of the Dostour Party, denounced a lawsuit filed against him to drop his Egyptian nationality. 

ElBaradei who is also a leading figure in the oppositionist National Salvation Front wrote on Twitter that a lawsuit to drop his nationality means that he must be in Egypt.

An administrative court today delayed ruling in the lawsuit against ElBaradei until May 2. 

The lawsuit filed by Hamed Seddiq is based on ElBaradei's work at the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) to satisfy American and European wishes.
