CAIRO, Nov 5 (Aswat Masriya) - Our daily roundup of headlines in Egypt's main state-owned and private newspapers on Nov. 5, 2016: 

Akhbar Al-Youm: 

- Muslim Brotherhood plot to execute terror attacks exposed

- Periodic incentives to be paid retroactively .. increase in number of ration cards

- "Al-Masry" plays and the "Zamalek" wins

Al-Ahram:

- We will not lift fuel subsidies .. periodic incentives to be paid retroactively: Prime Minister

- Al-Ahram published the Brotherhood's plot of incitement 

- "Al-Zamalek" barely beats "Al-Masry" .. and Al-Ahly tops the league

Al-Shorouk:

- The government provides a package of incentives

- EGP 16 for US dollars in most banks.. and an increase to EGP 16.5 in Emirates NBD bank

- Expectations of Russian tourism during Putin's visit

Al-Masry Al-Youm:

- No regression in reforms .. and we will not resort to "pain killers": government

- No increase in metro ticket prices or trains: Transportation ministry

- Fights in gas stations after increase in fuel prices

Al-Watan:
