Less than 48 hours after adeadly clash in the New Delta shook the country, another road tragedy in the south leaves 15 between dead and injured in the early hours of Saturday morning.

The collision took place on the Red Sea - Sohag road near the city of Akhmim, reported Ahram Arabic news website.

Initial police investigation indicate that excessive speding might have caused the accident.

The injured, some in critical condition, wre transprted to Sohag University Hospital.
