CAIRO, May 30 - Presidential contender Abdel Fattah al-Sisi has said that he seeks a true national partnership that caters for all Egyptians and include all youths.

Provisional results of the presidential election held earlier this week reveal that Sisi, a former Defence Minister and retired field marshal, has taken more than 90 percent of the vote.

In an article published on Friday, Sisi told a Kuwaiti newspaper that he extends his hand to all and said he will include youths.

"We know there are those who fear a return to the past; that will not happen," Sisi said.

"We will move forward, we have no time for disputes and engaging in conflicts."

The youths turnout in the election was weak compared to previous elections since the January 2011 Revolution.

Sabahi, Sisi's only rival in the election, has conceded defeat and said, "I admit my loss and accept the result that satisfies the people."
