Led by martyrs’ mothers, a group of female protesters have organized a demonstration by the parliament to call for an immediate halt to the ongoing violent clashes, Sunday.

Organizing their stand through a Facebook page, under the title “Stop killing our sons”, the female protesters told Aswat Masriya that they do not belong to one political force but share the same demands.

The protesters chanted against military rule, demanding that the Supreeme Council of the Armed Forces transfers power to a civilian government within the next 60 days.
