CAIRO, Dec 23 (Aswat Masriya) Egyptian authorities arrested 25 Muslim Brotherhood supporters in confrontations with Black Bloc members in Behira on Monday, an eyewitness said.
Brotherhood supporters were demonstrating against a newly drafted constitution in Damanhour when they clashed with Black Bloc members.
The protesters, who were chanting against the police and army, did not have permit to demonstrate.
The demonstration escalated into clashes, but the police intervened and dispersed them with teargas.
The protesters attacked the Damanhour police station and destroyed a few vehicles.
