The Egyptian security forces have arrested one of the gunmen who randomly opened fire at the army in Cairo's Mohandessin district, wounding an army soldier and a citizen, an eyewitness told Aswat Masriya
It has not been determined as to what are the political affiliations of the detained gunman, who is currently being held inside one of the residential buildings in the area.
