Cairo, Nov 22 (Aswat Masriya) - The National Coalition for Supporting Legitimacy has urged Egyptians to take part in week-long demonstrations held under the title "Rabaa... Massacre of the Century" starting Friday 22 November.

The demonstrations which are set to start today will mark 100 days since two Muslim Brotherhood camps in Rabaa al-Adaweya and Nahda squares were cleared by force on August 14.

The coalition invited Egyptians and the free people of the world to commemorate the 100 days since the clampdown during the coming week.

It urged them to "rally in all squares and at Egypt's embassies around the world on 24 November while carrying pictures of martyrs".

We pledge before the people that this spilt blood will not go to waste, the coalition said in a statement.

Supporters of former President Mohamed Mursi have been staging protests since Egypt's army overthrew him last July.
