CAIRO, Apr 14 (Aswat Masriya) - Unknown gunmen attacked early Tuesday a fire station in the governorate of Qalyubia, killing one policeman and injuring two others, reported the state agency MENA.

The injured conscripts were transferred to hospital, a security source was cited by MENA as saying.

Bombings and shootings targeting security forces have surged since the military ouster of Islamist president Mohamed Mursi in July 2013, following mass protests against his rule.
