The National Coalition for Supporting Legitimacy called on Egyptians to rally in the streets on Friday, Saturday and Sunday to celebrate what it called victory.

The alliance did not explain what it meant by victory.

The coalition, founded by the Muslim Brotherhood and other parties, supports former president Mohamed Mursi and and rejects what it calls the military coup.

"We urge the people of Egypt to continue taking their families to the squares of the revolution to celebrate 'victory' during Eid days," a statement for the coalition said.

"Tens of millions gathered in the squares of Egypt to affirm the greatness of this people and its determination to get back their stolen freedom," the statement added.
