The "Justice Conference" will hold its first session within 15 days, said head of President Mohamed Mursi's office Mohamed Refaa al-Tahtawi on Wednesday.
Mursi will attend the session, which will be held at Cairo's High Court of Justice, Tahtawi stated during a press conference at the presidency's headquarters.
The conference will include lawyers from different social backgrounds who are interested in public affairs, the Middle East News Agency reported Tahtawi as saying.
President Mohamed Mursi agreed with the Supreme Judicial Council last April to meet with senior judges to ease a crisis between the presidency and the judiciary.
The crisis emerged when several Islamist parties in the Shura Council proposed a draft law that ousts thousands of judges.
