TRIPOLI, Jan 25 (Reuters) - Four Egyptian Embassy staff have been kidnapped in the Libyan capital Tripoli, including a cultural attache, the Libyan Foreign Ministry said on Saturday, after an Egyptian administrative attache was abducted on Friday by unknown gunmen.
