Egypt’s Shura Council (upper house of parliament) agreed on Tuesday on the bonds draft law that was introduced by the cabinet earlier this month.

State television aired footage of Shura Council chairman Ahmed Fahmy announcing that members have reached a final agreement on the law and will send it to President Mohamed Mursi.
