The Egyptian authorities arrested five people who were participating in a protest outside the home of President Mohamed Mursi in Cairo’s Fifth Settlement on Sunday, after they assaulted the security forces, security sources said.
Dozens of the New Cairo residents rallied outside the president’s home on Sunday in protest of the frequent power and water outages, reported the state-owned news agency.
