CAIRO, Dec 31 (Aswat Masriya) - Egypt started on Saturday procedures of handing over the remains of victims of the EgyptAir MS804 flight, which crashed in May in the Mediterranean, to their families.
The flight was carrying 66 people crashed on May 19 en route from Paris to Cairo, killing everyone on board.
According to state-run MENA news agency, the remains of crew members and passengers will be handed over on Saturday and Sunday respectively.
The cause of the crash is yet to be announced but Egyptian investigators said earlier in December that traces of explosives were found on some of the remains of victims.
