Salafi Nour Party to file appeal against Islamic bonds law

The Salafi Nour Party has said it will file an appeal against the newly approved Islamic bonds (Sukuk) law citing its unconstitutionality.
Approving the law without refering it to the Council of Senior Scholars is unconstitutional.
The Shura Council last Tuesday approved the Islamic bonds law without submitting it to al-Azhar.
